Name, email, phone, and — for identity verification — a government ID (owners, guests, and pros alike). Listing details from owners. Reservation details from guests. Credentials, insurance documentation, and portfolio content from pros. Device and usage data collected automatically. Prizania does not store full card numbers — payment processing runs through a third-party processor.
To run the platform: verify identity, process bookings and payments, connect owners with pros, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with legal obligations like tax reporting. With your permission, we may also send product updates — you can opt out any time.
Encrypted transmission and storage, access controls limiting who on our team can see what, routine monitoring for suspicious activity, and secure handling through our payment processor for anything financial. No online system is perfectly secure, but this is what we do to reduce that risk.
If we became aware of a security incident affecting your information, we'd investigate promptly and notify affected users as required by law.
We keep information as long as needed to run the platform, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations — then delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion of your account and data from Account Settings; some records may be retained where the law requires it (e.g., completed transaction records for tax purposes) even after an account is closed.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your information, and to object to certain uses of it. Contact us to exercise any of these — see below.
