Draft — pending legal review
⚠ This is a working draft written to establish the platform's intent and tone. It is not a finished legal document — it should be reviewed and finalized by a lawyer before publication, particularly the non-discrimination and enforcement sections.

What Prizania is for

Prizania exists to connect property owners, guests, and the service professionals who care for short-term rental properties — fairly, transparently, and with real trust on all sides. These guidelines exist so that trust holds up in practice, not just in a mission statement.

Non-discrimination

Everyone deserves to book a place to stay, list a property, or offer their services without facing discrimination. Prizania prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, ethnicity or national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age, in accordance with applicable law.

This applies to how owners accept or decline guests, how guests choose and review listings, and how owners and pros interact through the job board and messaging. Refusing a booking or a job for a discriminatory reason is a violation of these guidelines, even if another reason is given.

Honesty and accuracy

  • Listings must accurately represent the property — photos, amenities, and location.
  • Pro profiles must accurately represent credentials, licenses, and experience. Claiming a license or certification that hasn't been verified is grounds for suspension.
  • Reviews must reflect a real stay or a real completed job. Fake or incentivized reviews aren't allowed in either direction.

Respectful conduct

Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive language toward another member — in messages, reviews, or a Resolution Center case — isn't tolerated and may result in suspension regardless of who initiated the underlying dispute.

Staying on-platform

Messages that share contact information are automatically flagged, since moving a relationship off-platform removes the protections Prizania provides — verified identity, dispute resolution, and payment protection. Repeated attempts to circumvent this may result in account suspension.

Safety and property care

  • Owners are expected to maintain properties in a safe, habitable condition.
  • Service pros are expected to complete work as described, or communicate promptly if something changes.
  • Anything that puts a guest, owner, or pro's physical safety at risk should be reported immediately through the Resolution Center — safety reports are prioritized ahead of standard cases.

Enforcement

Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure, depending on severity and history — see Account Review process. Members can appeal any enforcement decision; appeals are reviewed by a person, not resolved automatically.
