From your Owner Dashboard, select "+ Add a listing" under My Listings. You'll need photos, an accurate description, and your pricing — Prizania will show you where that price sits versus comparable listings, since that's what determines your fee.
Your host sends check-in instructions — access code, parking, Wi-Fi — through Messages once your booking is confirmed, typically a day or two before arrival.
Create a profile, complete free ID verification, and you're searchable — credentials like licenses and insurance are optional and never block your profile from going live, though verified pros do rank higher in search.
