Pricing questions
Do guests pay a service fee on Prizania?
No. Guests pay the nightly rate, taxes, and any host-set cleaning fee — nothing to Prizania. Most platforms add a 12–16% guest service fee on top of the nightly rate; we don't.
What does a host pay?
The host booking fee starts at 12% and falls to 7% as you pass savings to guests through a listing discount. Airbnb's combined host-and-guest take is typically around 15.5%, so even our starting rate is lower.
What does a service professional pay?
Care pros pay a flat 3% marketplace fee on completed jobs — every job, membership or not. Creating a profile, being searched, being saved by owners, and browsing every open job on the job board are all free, and every pro can respond to 2 job leads per month at no cost (the count resets on the 1st).
Is there a subscription?
All subscriptions are optional. Care pros can join Pro Membership at $19/month ($190/year) for instant alerts when a matching job is posted, unlimited job responses beyond the 2 free ones each month, priority placement, and a verified badge. Owners choose either or both of Prizania Connect ($9.99/month — unlimited job posts and direct messaging with any pro) and Prizania Growth ($19/month — priority placement, listing analytics, expense tracking, and the private fee calculator), sold separately. Listing, browsing, booking, and reviewing are free without any of them, and fees stay the same either way.
Are there hidden fees at checkout?
No. The number a guest sees on the listing plus taxes and any host cleaning fee is the number at checkout. Personalized payout and total figures are shown once you create a free account.
